Location : Charlotte, NC (SouthEnd) This role is on-site / in-office and in office 5-days / week. Employees do get 3 planned work from home days per month.
Type : Direct-hire (Medical, dental, vision, 401K etc.)
Pay : $ 75K - $95K
Note : This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. All candidates must be able to work as a W2 employee for any employer in the US. No Corp to Corps.
Job Summary : The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather and document business requirements, conduct data analysis, and support the implementation of solutions that align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and present business cases and recommendations for solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and test new systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
