Summary :
Bonitz, Inc. is looking for a full time, commercial installer who has the capacity to lead and influence both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal team members.
This person is an expert at learning and understanding the industry and manages overall implementation of multiple projects, safely and with high quality.

Bonitz designs and installs custom flooring, walls, ceilings, and cladding systems. We offer access, terrazzo and other specialty flooring as well as floor care.

Position Essential Duties :
Load and unload of materials
Installation of flooring, drywall, cladding systems
Maintaining equipment and tools. Job site clean- up.
Complete pre-work for installation, may include leveling floor, floor removal, moving furniture, etc.
Use common hand tool such as saws, finish nails, utility knives, etc.
Installer's will have to interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner
Responsible to properly handle company machinery and power tool's
Installer's will be responsible to review each work order
Installer's are responsible for each project they are working on and the quality of the work completed
Education / Experience and Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Critical Thinking, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail
Commercial construction is required, flooring specific is preferred
Ability to read blueprints and specs
Safety Requirements :
- Safety Inspection(s) on all jobsite
- Ensure that all safety training and certifications are up to date or scheduled.
- Stay compliant with all Bonitz safety polices to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Must be committed to working safely while accomplishing all tasks.
Up to date knowledge of requirements for necessary equipment and training per job.
