- 3 years of experience in a portfolio or project management role within a cybersecurity organization
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and capabilities
- Capable of providing a structured and strategic approach to planning and delivery
- Experience with utilizing program metrics to track cybersecurity program goals
- Skilled in development of compelling executive presentations using PowerPoint, and other MS-Office tools
- Proficiency in Agile work management principles and best practices and familiarity with Agile tools
- Professional certifications related to cybersecurity and project management (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PRINCE2)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., TSA, FAA, PCI DSS) and their cybersecurity requirements
- Experience working in highly-regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience / training
