Aon is looking for a Sr. Accounting Processor, supporting Aon Affinity in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Affinity in our Fort Wayne, Indiana office.
This is a hybrid role out of our Ft Wayne, IN office.

What the day will look like :
- Daily application of live cash and lockbox exceptions to appropriate open receivables
- Process and apply ACH and credit card payments
- Prepare refunds, write-offs, and adjustments
- Work weekly credit reports and daily unapplied cash reports
- Researching, and resolving accounts to bring final resolution
- Oversee and process databases that are set-up for workflow efficiencies- cash with applications, credit card monthly installments and refunds, off-sets, and Winchax
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and experience that will lead to success :
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients via phone and e-mail
- Data entry and solid mathematical skills
- Computer experience with the Microsoft office suite products (Word, Excel)
- Accounting knowledge, reconciliation experience helpful
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work with attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team, but also independently with minimal supervision
- 1 + years of office experience in customer service, accounting or finance work related experience preferred
- Experience in researching and resolving client transactions helpful preferred
Education : High School Diploma / equivalent or equivalent years of industry experience
