As we expand into our newest state-of-the-art facility in Arlington Heights, IL, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team and continue shaping the skyline with precision and creativity.

Position Overview : We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations. You will oversee every aspect, from knowing where every item is stored to building and leading a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and inventory management.
- Build and lead a warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee scheduling, ensuring the right people are in place to manage daily operations effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using spreadsheets to track inventory, pallets, waste, and cut-offs.
- Operate and manage forklift activities with precision (must possess a valid forklift license).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all staff.
- Oversee warehouse building maintenance to ensure the facility is kept in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business needs and meet operational targets.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse setting, managing various tasks including inventory, scheduling, and equipment operation.
- Must have a valid forklift license with demonstrated smooth operation skills.
- Must have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
- Experience in building maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets for tracking inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
