Key Responsibilities : Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation processSchedule client meetings, gather requirements, and conduct training on the Essentials Pro productCoordinate efforts between clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and paperworkRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or 2 years of implementation experience in a healthcare organizationAt least 2 years of implementation experience supporting healthcare software or 1 year working for a clearinghouse2 years of physician practice management or billing experienceExperience with practice management systems, electronic medical records, or radiology information software systemsExperience with Salesforce is preferred
