LaSalle Network has partnered with a technology and industrial company that is hiring a Service Administration Assistant in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.
Service Administration Assistant Responsibilities :
- Contact multiple service vendors to get status updates on open service calls
- Professionally communicate service status with customers
- Schedule service calls with third-party vendors but also direct service force
- Submit invoices for service work to customers
- Process invoices in Salesforce
- Create quotations for service work in real-time
- Review and verify assets and parts warranty status and determine business scenario and accounting type
- Escalate customer concerns to Regional Technical team and work to resolve open issues
- Accurately update company CRM with real-time updates
Service Administration Assistant Requirements :
- 2-3 years of office administrative experience is preferred
- Personable with good relationship-building skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of order management systems such as SAP is a plus
- Working knowledge of customer management systems such as Salesforce is a plus
- Strong written communication
