Job Summary :
Ensure timely patient and material transport within the hospital, supporting Environmental and Engineering Services. Responsibilities include :
- Transporting patients and materials
- Completing Shift Prep and downtime duties
- Training new hire Patient Transporters
Required Skills & Experience :
- Understanding written and verbal directions in English
- Recognizing and reacting to emergency situations
- Teamwork and schedule flexibility
- Basic Math Skills and 24-hour time knowledge (preferred)
- Patient Transport experience (desirable)
Education :
- Required : N / A
- Preferred : High School graduate or GED
Certifications :
- Required : BLS (American Heart Association) Compensation :
