Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Marketer with home health experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales within the home healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic outreach and marketing plans to increase referral sources and patient census growth.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, discharge planners, and senior care organizations.
- Organize and conduct presentations, events, and in-services to promote Home Healthy’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including intake and clinical staff, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Maintain an accurate CRM to track relationships, referral sources, and outreach efforts.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience in home health or a related healthcare field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
