This position is commission-based, with the potential to earn $125,000 - $300,000+ annually after approximately one year.

Compensation :

$125,000 - $300,000+ yearly commission based

Responsibilities :

• Adhere to model home staff hours : Friday - Monday, 12-4 pm (weekends required), with Wednesdays and Thursdays off
• Work hours range from 50-60+ hours per week
• Attend weekly team meetings and provide insights to Sales and Marketing Management on improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Follow the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, maintaining a thorough understanding of all contract documentation, financing processes, options, and minimum standards as detailed in Sales Training
• Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process from sale to close, to post-close interactions.

Maintain an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with past and present customers, as well as future prospects, to effectively leverage opportunities for obtaining customer referrals
• Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving customer journey management concerns throughout the sales and construction process, attending various customer orientations and construction updates
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up with prospective customers

Qualifications :

• Must be highly motivated and capable of working autonomously
• Open to feedback and dedicated to personal growth
• Skilled in building and maintaining trust with clients, partners, and team members
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions
• Proficient in interpreting detailed construction plans and specifications, including redlining
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom; training available for Bluebeam / Revit and HubSpot
• Required to hold a valid Real Estate License in Wisconsin or obtain one within the first 60 days
