As a Customer Fulfillment Analyst, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to : Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).

Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to Down in a Day Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.

Create and Document SOPs.Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

Time Management.Desired Experience & Education : BA / BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required.

LI-SB1#LI-HybridThe base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $59,500- $107,000 per year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
