Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will work directly with and provide support to the Vice President of National Accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will work to develop and maintain new and current accounts along with assisting in new marketing objectives while promoting, expanding and working very closely with the various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with various internal departments to compile sales materials for upcoming meetings, presentations, etc.
- Maintain organized files & customer records
- Prospect daily for new lead opportunities
- Evaluate and troubleshoot challenges - develop solutions
- Assist in building team goals, project schedules and communication flow
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Communicate with clients and Vice President of National Accounts to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Work with various departments to ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients

- Team-Management and leadership skills
- Attention to detail, even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. This is a full-time position working out of our corporate headquarters in Muskego, WI.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Royal Recognition offers paid holidays, 401K, paid vacation days, medical, life, dental and vision insurance.
