We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Billing Manager to join our thriving legal firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining billing and collections processes.
This position will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the company, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
2. Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
3. Personnel management; provide direction, instruction, and guidance to the billing department staff for the purpose of achieving the departmental and company goals.
4. Special program / billing planning and implementation.
5. Assist with the implementation of a new billing system.
6. Review and implement improvements to billing processes.
7. Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables.
8. Work closely with the operations and IT departments to ensure accuracy in billing systems and procedures.
9. Monitor and report on key metrics to upper management, providing recommendations for improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation, preferably in the legal industry.
3. Proficiency in Elite 3E or equivalent billing software.
4. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
5. Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
