COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY PROJECT MANAGER
Industry leading Developer / Builder is looking to add a construction Multifamily Project Manager to their team immediately.

CONSTRUCTION MULTIFAMILY PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead Project Manager role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have experience leading ground up, multifamily, mixed use, and / or senior living projects from inception to completion
- Ability to manage and run projects $25M+
- Strong communication skills with Superintendent's, Subcontractor's and Owner's
- Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
