About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $3313 To $3681 Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Wound Care Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years in medical / surgical nursing and wound and colostomy care License : RN License Certifications : Wound Care Certification, AHA BLS Certification Must-Have : New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, Wound Care Certification Job Description : Perform wound care consults, primarily in-office, with occasional travel required to clients' homes for assessments and treatment.
- Provide expert wound and colostomy care management.- Engage in community outreach to educate and support patients in wound care practices.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to coordinate patient care with healthcare teams and family members.- Maintain and document patient care records accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve care strategies and outcomes.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Serve as a certified home health registered nurse, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Languages : English proficiency required in reading, writing, and speaking.
