Membership Sales Liaison
We are seeking a fun, goal driven minded sales person with a passion in promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others to join our TEAM at Anatomy.

In this position , you'll be an integral part of our team and will have a positive impact on Anatomy's success :
Help develop monthly sales promotions and meet / exceed sales goals
Generate leads thru prospecting, networking and member referrals
Develop and cultivate relationships with members to garner member referral memberships
Promote and attend club social events
Serve as an Anatomy ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community member
Responsibilities :
Sell club memberships and ancillaries
Organize activities each month that include strategic outreach and revenue generation
Build rapport and develop professional relationships with new and existing members
Become proficient in Anatomy’s CRM systems
Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in individual and team goals
Manage time efficiently and effectively
Necessary Traits :
Passion for fitness and wellness
Communicate clearly and effectively with members and colleagues
Have exceptional interpersonal skills
Provide stellar customer service
Manage time efficiently and effectively
Requirements :
At least 3+ years strong sales background with a proven track record of success
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
You function well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge
You are a born seller and are goal-driven
Proficient in Excel and Word
Must be able to work with flexible schedules, weekends and holidays if necessary
TOTAL COMPENSATION range below includes Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus structure
