The Activities Director provides daily group and individual activities incorporating laughter, song, music, interaction, and cognitive stimulation with a personalized, warm approach.
To create an atmosphere for residents, family, staff, and visitors that is welcoming, stimulating, nurturing, and engaging, through activity, entertainment, and person-centered programs in accordance with the overall Imagine Senior Living philosophy of care.

Make a difference as aN ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
As the Activities Director your day-to-day will be exhilarating and fast-paced. You'll be responsible for creating an atmosphere for residents, family, staff, and visitors that is welcoming, stimulating, nurturing, and engaging, through activity, entertainment, and person-centered programs in accordance with the overall mission and values of the Company.
By fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity, you'll ensure that every activity exceeds expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance the engagement of the senior population.

Requirements for this Activity Director job
To excel as our Activities Director, you must have an associate's degree from an accredited college or university; and one (1) year experience as an Activity Director;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a State Qualified (if required) Activities Director with six months previous experience working with individuals with dementia.
Your deep understanding of implementing programs to provide cognitive, physical and social stimulation.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential for effective calendar and budget management.
Your passion for daily interactions with a diverse range of individuals, particularly residents and guests, will drive exceptional customer experiences.
