Job requirements of Production Operative :
We are looking for a Production Operative to join our established team here at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production.
Shift Pattern 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, 06 : 40 17 : 10
Duties
- To support with the general production of our chicken products, duties will include; operating machinery, packing and keeping the production area clean and tidy.
- Abiding to Food Safety, Hygiene and COSHH to ensure safe production of our products.
- Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs
What you will need :
- Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Enjoy working to targets in a fast paced environment
- Possess high standards of work
- Have a basic level of both written and verbal English
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided
Pay and benefits :
- Rate of Pay - £12.79 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
