The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising initiatives.
This role requires being adept at enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website and generating leads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop Real Estate Agent recruiting campaigns and track performance metrics
- Manage the AI / ChatGPT programs for accelerating the marketing material turnaround times
- Manage the Company's website and ensure data feeds, updates / maintenance, links, etc. workproperly
- Monitor and analyze website performance for enhancement and improvement
- Respond to complaints and comments from users to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage PBC Link's (agent listing portal) integration with PBC website to ensure data feeds workproperly
- Manage the planning of the social media content calendar and posting to align with PBC brandand marketing strategy
- Analyze digital advertising performance metrics and suggest solutions to enhance website trafficand improve lead generation
- Monitor SEO / SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
- Identify digital advertising opportunities and ensure ad budgets are followed and ROI is tracked
- Supervise the social media coordinators to ensure timely communication and delivery
- Responsible for back-end development to minimize listing and import errors
- Manage website vendors and any other outsourced vendors supporting our digital footprint
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a digital marketing strategist or digital marketing manager
- Demonstrable experience with SEO / SEM and CRM software
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
