WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY
CHICAGO
- A well-established, full-service Chicago Law office known for providing high quality Defense Litigation is seeking Associate Attorneys with 3-8 years' experience in Workers' Compensation and Insurance Defense;
- ready to hit the ground running and ability to manage a high-volume caseload. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in counseling diverse Workers' Compensation Act matters such as employment issues, products liability, subrogation, occupational diseases;
able to represent employers' interests and guide clients through the case process. A positive, self-starter and team player, interested in career development, and joining a team of Super Lawyers are great qualities for this role.
Duties and responsibilities include :
Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research
Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions; defending depositions
Desire to handle high exposure cases and hands-on courtroom experience
Strong written and verbal communication
