- Physicians have the opportunity to pick their desired location (options range from downtown Minneapolis to laid-back suburbs)
- Autonomy over weekly schedules and appointment times
- Clinic open M-F, 8-5 no weekends or nights!
- Work efficiently with EPIC EMR & Dragon dictation, plus dedicated MA for each physician
- 7 days of -only call per year (nurse triage line fields first, extremely minimal)

- Highly competitive starting salary guarantee above 90th percentile, plus additional wRVU bonuses
