Your Daily Responsibilities :

Purchase Orders : Process, review, and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and procurement forms for accuracy and compliance.

Enter orders for materials, services, and spare parts as needed.

  • Vendor Relations : Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, negotiate favorable terms, and verify bills against bids and purchase orders.
  • Documentation : Maintain organized records, including purchase orders, quotes, receipts, and reports for the finance department.

Ensure documentation is complete for all purchasing activities.

  • Cost Optimization : Analyze vendor quotes and service agreements to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage contracts to control expenses.
  • Internal Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, planning, sales, and management teams to forecast needs, expedite deliveries, and reduce material variability.
  • Supplier Performance : Monitor, evaluate, and track supplier performance to maintain quality and timely deliveries. Develop and manage day-to-day supplier activities.
  • Compliance : Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and deadlines, resolving non-conformance issues with suppliers.

Experience You’ll Need :

  • Procurement Expertise : 10+ years of experience managing the full purchasing cycle, including vendor negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management.
  • Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail when processing invoices and maintaining documentation.
  • Supplier Relations : Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Multitasker : Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
