The Manufacturing Product Preparation Engineer is responsible for the transition of products from product development into full production readiness including :

• Securing that Product Development / Technology teams deliver a product that is verified and aligned with the Client's Production System and Future Factory Concept
• Establishing clear and commonly shared product requirements for one dedicated area of responsibility
• Effectively coordinating and triggering activities of Manufacturing Solution Engineers within production.
• Securing that product changes are introduced in the industrial system without disturbance, according to set targets.
• Responsible for creating requirements and specifications for production test tools, either directly with development teams or by collaborating with product test engineers
• May develop and define product support plan.

On a professional level, applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).
