Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring a Crew Leader for our Natural Gas operations in Lexington, KY.
The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to assist the project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity.
OQ certifications strongly preferred.
Responsibilities :
Review plans and permits
Establish daily crew goals
Communicate with customer
Assign job duties
Monitor progress
Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching
Requirements & Qualifications :
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
Certification in First Aid / CPR is desired
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
Three years related experience in construction
Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired
Bilingual English / Spanish experience is a plus
Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
