Job Description
- Look over plans and specifications
- Adhere to all estimating processes
- Work with other estimators, project managers, and superintendents
- Estimate pricing on self-preform work
- Prepare bids
- Attend trainings
- Negotiate and assign subcontracts
- Provide preconstruction services

The Successful Applicant
- 6-15+ years estimating commercial construction projects
- A very willing collaborator
- Bachelor's degree in a construction related field
- Strong background with all industry softwares
- Oral and written communication skills
- High-level problem solving skills
