Job Responsibilities
Within the first few months on the job, we’d expect you to :
- Get up to speed on Hope Clinic, the team, EOS (entrepreneurial operating system), and organizational objectives. You’ve integrated yourself within the Education branch of our organization which includes the Parenting Support Program (Bridge) and our Relationship Education team.
- You’ve observed all aspects of our current Parenting Program : online education classes, live education classes, cohort session gatherings, baby showers, graduation, mentor meetings, counseling, Karitane assessments, quarterly assessments, and Bridge store shopping.
- This fall you will lead our first ever Project Impact in partnership with Mission Increase of Middle Tennessee to study the outcomes and impact of this program, culminating in a report finalized in the spring around areas for improvement and success.
- Identified the initial draft of a plan to improve :
- Participant monthly engagement rate from 35% to 60% consistently. This is increasing from 50 people active every month to 65 people.
This includes education class attendance, Cohort meeting participation, Bridge counseling participation, mentor / mentee engagements, etc.
- Increase intakes into the Bridge Program from 20% to 30%. We see 60 positive pregnancy tests a month and aim to increase the Bridge Intakes from 12 / month to 18 / month.
- Increase Bridge Graduation rates from 16% of intakes to 40% of intakes ( 22 to 50 people).
- Effectively onboard and retain Bridge Mentors to match with Bridge Participants. We currently have 20 mentors trained and active and would like to have 60.
Reasonably, this role could increase our active mentors from 20 to 40 in one year.
Improvement in Bridge Outcome Data through our Bridge Questionnaire or similar end-of-program evaluation. We currently survey the client’s level of autonomy and parental confidence because of being a part of Bridge.
This position would seek to increase the average score increase (from intake to graduation) from 8% to 15%.
Guide the initial launch of a Fatherhood Initiative led by our newly promoted Education & Fatherhood Coordinator.
