Director, Sports & Architecture

• Ensure all projects are executed efficiently and profitably.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a liaison between clients and project managers.
• Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets and milestones that will elevate the sports and architecture division of the company.
• Establish and maintain project management standards to be implemented by all project managers across all events.
• Create the baseline for all future directors and project managers to follow.
• Communicate changes to the design department in an organized and timely manner.
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project(s).
• Provide project updates to executives on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Oversee the gathering and organization of all necessary documents required to secure vendors.
• Delegate tasks on the projects to employees best positioned to complete them.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities, including scheduling, task assignments, team development, construction, and planning.
• Exceed client expectations and requirements until final deliverable has been achieved and accepted.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and workflow process to be shared with clients and team members.
• Coordinate internal resources with vendors for execution of multiple projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs.
• Manage relationships with various clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all clients and third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and specific requirements for each project.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make any necessary adjustments based on financial analysis of each project and client needs.
• Manage and oversee internal P&L for each project.
• Serve as point of contact on site for assigned projects.

• Ability to work long hours and holidays.
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $115,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Compensation Package :

Bonus opportunities.

Schedule :

• 8-hour shift.
• Holidays.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
• Weekends as needed.
