Del Amo Motorsports Group is the Premier Dealer Group in the Powersports Industry, and we are now looking to hire an Experienced Service Manager at our location in Redondo Beach.
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 Years of Motorcycle, Watercraft, or SxS related industry service experience. Candidate to be able to show a proven track record of leading a large team of advisors, technicians and PDI staff to higher levels of success.
Great attitude, excellent communication, organizational skills as well as can-do spirit. Lightspeed Evo experience is a plus but not required.
It is preferred that you have a valid Motorcycle Driver’s License.
This is a full-time salary position plus an accumulation of commission with a pay range from $120,000 to $150,000. For qualified candidates, there is a possible signing bonus.

Service Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding!
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
