Job Overview :
We areseeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Tax Analyst to joinour team! As the Senior Property Tax Analyst you will beresponsible for timely and accurate preparation and filing ofproperty tax returns business licensing and other compliance dutiesfor all retail locations within the United States.
Key Responsibilities :
- Filepersonal property tax returns on a timelybasis.
- Manage property tax obligationsincluding coordinating tracking and processingpayments.
- Review monitor and respond to alltaxing jurisdictions inquiries regarding property taxes and supportaudits.
- Integrate property tax software andassist with forecasting property taxliabilities.
- Review all assessments identifyopportunities for costs savings includingappeals.
- This position requires 3days per week onsite presence in office.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Accounting or Business.
- 3 yearsexperience in Property Tax or similar role.
Hours :
- Full Time 40 hoursper week
- Hybrid 3 daysonsite
- Monday Friday
