Position : Lead Direct Support Professional, Lead Mentor, Idaho
Salary : $18-$18.50 / hour
Integrated Interventions LLC is looking for an Evening Lead Direct Support Professionals and Lead Mentors to join our active and energetic team! Program Leads are responsible for the navigation of both mentors and student daily schedules and routines.
Additionally, leads work in conjunction with Program Coordinators to ensure the safety, compliance, and general well-being of all program students and mentors.

Integrated Interventions is a premier transitional living program for youth aged 17 and older. Our program is nationally recognized as a new spin on the traditional residential treatment model with campuses in Idaho and Texas.
Our staff work diligently to help students learn the life skills required to be sustainably independent. Students leaving our program go on to live happy, healthy and productive lives.
We are the last step on the therapeutic journey that many of our students have been on for many years.
Our Mentors take the lead in supporting participants through ongoing, one-on-one mentoring while serving as a positive role model.
Take all the hands-on work skills, interpersonal skills, and outdoor skills you encompass and build a relationship with mentees by planning and participating in activities together.
Through these adventures, our mentors and mentees alike build self-esteem and motivation.
Essential Job Functions :
- Adhering to all of the mentoring guidelines, crisis intervention) safety, and program expectations.
- Communicating with all mentors regarding coordinating events, student needs, and expectation of student tasks and projects.
- Developing student's projects and communicating with mentors and students accordingly.
- Ensuring mentors and students are following the safety requirements during the projects.
- Planning projects or events that are student-specific, to benefit each student specifically
- Cover mentoring shifts as needed.
- Knowledge of woodworking, farm work, etc. and being able to use a multitude of technical skills, such as film editing, managing media resources, and an ability to learn new skills to assist a student in learning.
- Manage transportation and student schedules.
Minimum Requirements :
- Must have Direct Care, Mentoring, Life Coaching, or Equivalent experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check, including fingerprinting and drug testing
- Full time availability from 1-9 pm
