Design To Delivery Inc is looking for Senior Writer / Editor to provide acquisition and web design support services for government clients in the DC Metro Area.
- This position is contingent upon award. Role and Responsibilities Provide strategic acquisition planning and implementation services to include : acquisition workforce training and development;
- Identify and propose approaches, practices and tools; design, develop and implement acquisition workforce development and certification programs;
track and report on certification status; Write and publish reports and management studies; provide web design / development support and develop other media to include briefings, presentations, emails, posters, flyers and other communications tools, to facilitate outreach to acquisition communities.
Provide program management office support for acquisition development to include : provide strategic organizational design and development support;
Identify, plan and support the development of new or improved operating processes and infrastructure; perform analyses using historical and current data.
Provide strategic and implementation support to the Program Office to include : plan and facilitate meetings for senior level acquisition organizations and groups;
meet with senior level executives to identify acquisition development needs and emerging issues; Identify programs to support acquisition governance goals and priorities.
Provide web design support to include : design, develop, and deploy database-driven business solutions using Visual Basic (VB) Script, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and a wide range of Microsoft (MS) technologies / tools and products including ASP.
NET, C#, XML / XSL, .NET Frameworks, web services, SQL Server, and SharePoint (2010, 2013 or 2016) and provide full lifecycle responsibility, from initial design through implementation, to include on-going support.
Provide data analysis support to include : develop and promulgate a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to include decision trees for the Interagency Agreement (IAA) process;
develop and maintain various metrics models and databases for collecting, tracking, and analyzing information. Qualifications and Education Requirements A bachelors degree is required.
A degree in education, English, journalism, history, political science or equivalent degree is preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience Proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite Detail oriented Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Clearance Requirements U.
