The Senior, Accounts Payable Manager will provide day to day supervision and leadership over the Accounts Payable team while driving improvements in the payment process.

This position will maintain and / or create standard work documents and act as a key liaison between finance, purchasing, and outside vendors.

This position is part of the Accounting team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.

In this role you will :

• Leads the month-end closing process.
• Records all accounts payable transactions.
• Follows accounting and tax laws and standards.
• Investigates accounts payable issues as needed.
• Builds relationships with vendors and colleagues.
• Manages and trains accounts payable coordinators.
• Hires and onboards accounts payable coordinators.
• Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.
• Creates accounts payable processes and procedures.
• Act as key liaison on AP issues for internal customers, external auditors & outside vendors
• Performing daily visual management
• Support internal and E&Y audits as related to AP
• Maintain SOX controls for the AP department

The essential requirements of the job include :

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related major is required.
• At least 5 years accounts payable or related experience is required.
• At least 5 years managerial experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a large public company setting is preferred.
• Must be able to motivate a team and have strong leadership skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
