Job Title : Plant Controller
Job Description
We seek a dedicated Plant Controller to oversee all accounting and financial functions at our plant. Responsibilities include general and cost accounting, account reconciliations, financial and operational reporting, internal controls, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
You will assist in developing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies, adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO standards.
Additionally, you will prepare operational and financial reports, providing analysis, counsel, and recommendations to top-level management to reduce costs, improve profits, and achieve strategic goals.
You will manage the capital planning and budgeting control system and collaborate with plant and financial management as a business partner.
Leading the financial staff at the plant, you will ensure company standard practices and procedures are followed. This role also involves liaising with corporate financial staff as required, contributing to team efforts in a collaborative manner, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
