Company Overview : A leading specialty distributor of building materials is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President to drive sales growth, expand market share, enhance profitability, and streamline operational efficiencies across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership : Lead and manage a team of location managers and outside sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
  • Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth across the region.
  • Operational Efficiency : Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all branches under your supervision.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensure that each branch consistently meets or exceeds the service expectations of customers.
  • Team Development : Foster a positive and collaborative environment, mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Innovation : Introduce and champion new ideas and initiatives that contribute to the company's overall success.

Qualifications :

  • Sales Management Experience : Extensive experience in sales management within the building materials distribution industry.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Focus : Ability to ensure branches consistently deliver exceptional service to meet customer expectations.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with upper management, staff, and clients at all levels.
  • Innovative Mindset : A well-rounded sales manager who embraces innovation and brings forward-thinking ideas to the organization.
  • Business Acumen : Strong understanding of business operations and strategies.
  • Multi-Location Management : Preferably experienced in managing multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Education : A college degree is preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
