Role : Project Scheduler
Location : Quincy, MA
Compensation : $80,000 - $120,000 DOE
POSITION SUMMARY : One of the most well recognized General Contractors in New England is on the hunt for a Project Scheduler.
The ideal candidate will work hand in hand with our project teams to track the progress of projects, develop and maintain preconstruction and construction schedules, and coordinate timelines with subcontractors.

DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with the project teams to develop realistic schedules that meet client requirements and project objectives
- Include all relevant tasks, milestones, and project goals into Microsoft Project
- Update project schedules on a regular basis while enforcing timelines are still being met
- Monitor the progress of projects and proactively address issues with involved team members
- Analyze schedules and performance metrics while providing reports and updates to stakeholders
- Participate in all schedule meetings and reviews
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project scope, specifications, contract requirements, and more
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and other project related issues as they arise
- Perform other tasks as needed
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- Prior experience developing / maintaining schedules or as a true Project Scheduler
- 2+ years of experience in a Construction related position
- Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Project
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once
