Job Description
This position is a part of the Decision Sciences team (Partnership Insights and Strategic Analytics) with a charter to provide data analysis, forecasting and measurement support for the business.
The Manager will be apart of the Analytics segment of the team, with a specific focus on digging deep into extensive datasets to uncover insights that have a tangible impact on Peacock’s growth through distribution.
They will focus on analytically supporting Peacock’s device (e.g, Roku, Apple) and MVPD (e.g., Comcast, Charter) partners, in addition to distribution bundles (e.
g., Peacock, Netflix and AppleTV+ bundle through Comcast). They will routinely influence executive level decision-making, identifying and synthesizing actionable insights for senior leadership.
This role will be highly cross-functional and tasked with leading stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities :
Partner and build relationships with our Partnership stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, to deliver analyses that tie directly to informing their strategic decisions
Query and analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights that support business priorities and ultimately drive decision-making
Deep dive on partner specific trend changes in our key performance indicators that provide visibility into performance health, including developing and standardizing methodologies
Synthesize complex analyses, KPIs, and concepts into digestible presentations for a variety of audiences, including key stakeholders and leadership
Build, improve and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackage of Distribution performance metrics that help inform cross-functional stakeholders
Work with additional Decision Sciences analytics teams on cross-functional analyses for the business
Support leadership and business stakeholders with ad-hoc data / analytic requests
Identify data challenges as it relates to our partners; work closely with Partnership Measurement, Data Product and Engineering teams to resolve
Evangelize data democratization and data-driven decision making throughout the organization
