- Position Summary
- The Senior Director - Practice Operations role is responsible for providing leadership and direction in planning, guiding and coordinating practice operations.
As a member of the senior leadership team, this position will be a significant contributor to strategic planning and business development efforts and will be responsible for the successful implementation of these plans.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education : Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
- License / Certifications : N / A
- Experience : Five years progressive and relevant healthcare management experience. Experience as a member of a senior leadership team may be required.
- Extensive physician hospital practice integration and applicable program development experience preferred.
- Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
- Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Experience with Rural Health Clinic regulatory requirements. Knowledge of Patient Centered Medical Home and Patient Centered Specialty Practice designation.
Travel between sites may be required.
