Pay rate : $20 / hour

Schedule : 1st shift Monday Thursday 7 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm, Friday 7 : 00 am- 11 : 00 am

What's a typical day as an Electronics Repair Specialist? You'll be :

• Meeting all Assembler I, II, and III requirements and demonstrating the ability to cross train in any operations department.
• Demonstrating the ability to meet current specified workmanship standards within one (1) day.
• Performing SMD soldering at all levels.
• Performing path repair.
• Repairing and inspecting all assigned units.
• Ensuring proper assembly of products, replacing minor parts, and fixing flaws to ensure quality.
• Reworking all technicians' broken requests to the best standard and quality.

• Are very detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Have the ability to understand and follow work processes.
• Can disassemble and reassemble complete units.

• Can work independently and as part of a team.

• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
