Job Description
The Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating the costs of new construction projects, including the materials, labor, and equipment required.
They also ensure that the project is cost-efficient throughout construction.
Responsibilities
Collecting and analyzing market conditions
Visiting construction sites to learn about the client's requirements
Analyzing blueprints, proposals, and construction documents
Collaborating with construction managers
Supervising vendor and subcontractor bids
Negotiating with suppliers
Gaining quotes from subcontractors
Compiling cost proposals for the client
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred
2+ years of Estimating Experience
Strong Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
