Assistant Superintendent

Are you passionate about construction and ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Construction Professional with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the field.
If you have a knack for reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do :
- Support commercial TI projects in the Denver Metro Area.
- Kick off your journey with an exciting project in Colorado Springs for 2-3 months.
- Collaborate with a talented team including the Owner, Project Manager, Superintendent, Operations Manager, and Superintendent.
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum 1 year of field experience in construction projects.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Experience with Procore is a plus.
- Previous experience in an Assistant Superintendent role is beneficial.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
