DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :
Collect weekly Union & Admin timesheets dailyKey in Labor, Equipment & third party vendor commitments in excel dailySubmit labor timesheets to the Payroll Department weeklySubmit equipment timesheets to the Equipment Department weeklySort, scan and file timesheets, and Receivers for multiple projects dailyCode and approve vendor invoices in an electronic system (pVault) and log invoices in Excel / FileMaker dailyConduct weekly job audits / reconciliationProcess new hire paperwork as neededCompilation of backup to prepare for billingadministrative tasks to assist the department with subcontract management, change order / billing packages, project forecasting, etc.
Order materials & provide purchase orders to vendors
Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k Pay Range - $27-$31 hourly
