Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Nexgen Mechanical Inc in Warwick, RI. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Financial Reporting & Analysis skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Regulations and Compliance
- Accounting Software - Sage Intaact and BuildOps (preferred, not required)
- Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA not required
- Experience in Construction Accounting including AIA billing and WIP reporting
- Experience with prevailing wage (union) payroll a plus
