Preconstruction Engineer Skills :
- Ability to create conceptual estimates
- Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources / schedule .
- Assist in providimg workload forecasting as new projects are secured
- Client Liaison / Communication
- Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required.
Preconstruction Engineer Qualifications :
- 2+ years of HVAC and / or plumbing construction experience
- Sales and Estimating experience.
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Project budgeting skills
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivilent work experience
