Duties & ResponsibilitiesDemand GenerationDevelop & deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to identify & engage high potential targets in key geographic & vertical markets to develop a pipeline of high potential leadsSupport website optimization aligned with digital strategies to drive traffic & click thru activities, own new content creation to continue to add value to our user communityAct as project manager on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines and objectives are met, track and measure ROI, provide regular updates and recommend adjustments as neededContent & Value Story CreationManage and create social media content, including targeted sponsored adsWork cross-functionally with Innovation Center, sales, and customers to continuously produce value story materials such as case studies, presentations, customer testimonials, and videosMarket DevelopmentConduct market research to better understand market landscape, emerging trends, opportunities and risksManage promotional items including customer giveawaysLearning & DevelopmentDevelop an in-depth understanding of our solutions, markets and customersUnderstand the value chain to create targeted, multi-faceted campaigns with a compelling message that speaks to each point in the value chainAttend approved customer visits, events & tradeshows to better understand customer needsLearn & embrace our selling process and CRM (Salesforce)Required skills : 3-5 years B2B marketing / market development experience marketing technical products / services to technical buyersA bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fieldAbility to gain technical knowledge of products and applicationsExperience in strategy development and executionProven ability to drive lead generation & conversionExperience in market research to better understand market potentialStrong team player than can work cooperatively with others to drive results and goalsAbility to evaluate marketing activities and pivot quickly when neededProficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, as well as the Adobe suite of products & Salesforce CRMConsistently demonstrates initiative and a readiness to act on opportunitiesPassionate about continuous learning & growing the businessPrioritizes effectively and is highly organizedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel
