Job Description
Orzac Center for Rehabilitation- Directs and oversees implementation of policies governing the safe and efficient operations across non-clinical support services, including EVS and Engineering.
Job Responsibility
- Leads a Support Services group by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
- Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
- Through directors and managers, plans and directs operations of multiple non-medical service functions
- Ensures that operations meet the needs of the organization and its patient population.
- Establishes operational procedures, guidelines, and budgets and ensures compliance in all areas.
- Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior healthcare engineering experience, strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, strongly preferred.
- Healthcare Facilities Certification such as Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certification, OSHA Safety and Health Fundamentals Certificate program, or related ASHE certifications for health care facilities professionals
