Key Responsibilitie
s : Business Analysis (60-70% ) :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within D365 CE / CRM systems.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions that align with business goals.
Ask what's next to proactively drive projects forward and anticipate future need s.
Project Management (30-40 %) :
Oversee and manage D365 CE / CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure clear communication and status updates with stakeholders and team members.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring successful project execution.
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation analysis to assess project success and areas for improveme nt.
D365 CE / CRM Expertise :
Provide functional expertise in D365 CE / CRM, acting as the subject matter expert for the platform.
Configure and Implement D365 CE / CRM to meet business needs.
Stay updated on the latest D365 CE / CRM features, enhancements, and best practi ces.
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on D365 CE / CRM.Strong experience with D365 CE / CRM is required.
Proven experience in Project Management, including creating project plans and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ability to ask the right questions to move projects forward and anticipate business needs.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex projects.
Experience conducting gap analysis and process improvement within a D365 CE / CRM environment.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
