Salary : $18-$20
Job Shift : Monday - Friday
Job Summary :
This individual will be expected to perform general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. They will be expected to help maintain a safe environment for the residents, guests, and employees.
Able to perform various work orders along with preventative maintenance work orders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Able to turn units in a timely manner Getting vacant apartments ready for the new tenants to move in
- Painting
- Some electrical and plumbing work
- Repairing appliances
- Maintain the grounds
- Up-keep the curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties
- Track inventory and work order filing
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1-year experience preferred, not required
- Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
- Valid driver license
- English language proficiency
- Great customer service
- General understanding of Microsoft Suites
- Knowledge of environmental / industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
