Requirements
Required Qualifications :
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Strict adherence to confidentiality, maintaining the utmost discretion.
3. High School education or equivalent preferred.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
5. Possess a Gaming Work Card, Responsible Beverage Service State Certification, BSIS Guard Card / OC / Baton Certification, and a valid Driver's License for the state in which the property is located.
6. CPR / AED Certification required.
7. Ability to effectively complete Executive Protection Training.
Physical Requirements :
1. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
2. Ability to subdue person(s), ability to run, climb stairs, sit, stand and walk for duration of shift. Ability to drag an unconscious person during an evacuation.
3. Acute sense of smell and sound, and the ability to communicate using a two-way radio and telephone.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Job Description
Position Summary :
The Executive Protection Officer ensures the safety and security for Guests, Team Members and Tribal Citizens at all company properties, the Tribal Office, and Tribal Lands.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions :
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Respond to and assist in all emergencies, including, but not limited to : fires, medical emergencies, and criminal activity.
3. Patrol and observe all public and private areas, Tribal Lands, Team Member service areas, and Company grounds for the safety of Guests, Team Members and Tribal Citizens.
4. Respond to all disturbances to defuse the incident. Be prepared to become involved in a physical confrontation when necessary. Always remain alert.
5. Observe, report and take action as directed by the supervisor with respect to all suspicious, unusual situations.
6. Transport and protect Company funds.
7. Document all incidents as directed by the immediate supervisor.
8. Escort Team Members and designated Tribal Citizens to and from their vehicles when requested.
9. Have working knowledge of, and enforce, all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
10. Maintain a high level of personal integrity.
11. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
12. Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized positive work atmosphere.
13. Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
14. Interact with Guests, Team Members and Tribal Citizens in a friendly and courteous manner.
15. Be aware of and handle Guest opportunities.
16. Maintain the daily log, time checks.
17. Must have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area.
18. Patrol tribal lands, keeping un-authorized persons from loitering or occupying the properties.
19. Stationary posts at designated locations, preventing un-authorized access and deterring illegal and / or suspicious activity.
20. Other job-related duties as assigned.
