POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for ongoing accurate data submission and demonstrating the ability to perform independently as related to a variety of Human Resources related areas.

This position is also responsible for assuring employee files are kept current and all required documentation is received timely.

Duties require a high degree of computer knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with associates.

Supports Human Resources function via administrative support, benefit enrollment, new hire processing, and a variety of projects and tasks.

Collects and analyzes HR data, is responsible for employee HR records, license and certification renewals, and various other Joint Commission required documentation.

1-3 Years Human Resources experience
