Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Requirements :
- 3-4 min years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation preferred
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Collaborate with attorneys and assist with various tasks.
- Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of title work.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide professional service.
- Preferred qualifications include paralegal certification and a producer title license.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software.
- Commitment to continuing legal education and professional development.
